About The Position

Shaw/Scott is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager on a contract basis for 20–30 hours per week. The position is remote, and candidates must be based in the United States. The manager will own the end-to-end execution of data-driven email campaigns, from ideation and briefing through setup, quality assurance, deployment, and performance reporting. The company describes its culture as collaborative, flexible, and supportive, with an emphasis on innovation, inclusivity, and creativity. The hourly contract rate is $50–$60, depending on skills and experience. Benefits are not provided; contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and related expenses.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on lifecycle marketing experience with a proven record of driving engagement and conversion.
  • At least 2 years of direct, advanced Iterable experience, including workflow automation, segmentation, dynamic content, and reporting.

  • Understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and compliance.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for strategy and execution.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Manage email marketing campaigns from initial concept through deployment and reporting.
  • Configure and launch campaigns in Iterable using Studio’s drag-and-drop editor, modular templates, snippets, and dynamic data feeds.
  • Write or adapt campaign copy and select imagery as needed, ensuring content is clear, compelling, and on-brand.
  • Conduct quality assurance, including rendering tests, link verification, and checks of personalization logic.
  • Use Iterable analytics and experimentation tools to monitor performance, run A/B and multivariate tests, and recommend optimizations.
  • Keep current with lifecycle marketing trends, new tools, and AI-driven efficiencies to improve workflows and campaign results.
  • Maintain centralized documentation of Iterable workflows, templates, campaign assets, and performance insights.
