Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Focus Financial Partners•St. Louis, MO
•$85,000 - $120,000

About The Position

Focus Partners is seeking a hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design, build, deploy, and optimize campaigns and customer journeys that support firm growth, client experience, and communications across affiliated firms. This full-stack position combines technical Salesforce Marketing Cloud execution with lifecycle strategy. The manager will personally build campaigns, automations, audience segments, and journeys while helping define program structure, cadence, testing, and optimization. The role requires several years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement experience and is not strategy-only or general digital marketing work. The role owns lifecycle strategy and execution for assigned programs, including prospecting, nurture, pre-consultation, client engagement, and advisor-facing journeys. It also includes recurring and one-time communications such as newsletters, event invitations, and lifecycle touchpoints. The manager will collaborate with internal teams and agency partners, maintain campaign documentation and platform standards, troubleshoot campaign and data issues, and apply AI tools to campaign work. This is an exempt position. The expected annual base salary range is $85,000–$120,000. Actual base pay may vary based on experience, subject matter expertise, work location, and skill set. Base pay is one component of total compensation; other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k).
