Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About The Position

VeSync is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager for a pre-launch wellness and technology ecosystem built around a connected product combining hardware and software. The role owns the customer journeys that convert initial interest into members and support member retention. The manager will build the lifecycle program from the ground up, designing personalized email and SMS journeys across the funnel, from waitlist sign-up and purchase through delivery, membership adoption, and renewal. This is a hands-on role starting with a waitlist and hypotheses while the brand, positioning, and claims framework are still being developed. The manager will establish the lifecycle roadmap, campaign calendar, templates, segments, triggers, and testing program; operate email and SMS platforms and data feeds; and own conversion, retention, and engagement metrics. The role works with medical, regulatory, and legal reviewers on claim-bearing messages and partners with MarTech, DTC, Product, CX, growth, brand, and the creative studio. Device setup and the in-app experience are owned by Product. This is an on-site, office-based position in Tustin, California. The starting salary is $125,000 annually.
