About The Position

Marek Health is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own email and SMS strategy and execution end to end across Marek Health, Marek Diagnostics, and Marek Supplements. The role is accountable for the performance of these channels across lifecycle and automated flows, lead nurture, campaigns and promotions, client and care communications, and newsletters. It owns the program strategy and builds, with email and SMS positioned as important drivers of intakes, revenue, and retention. The manager will map and maintain the client journey, improve stage-to-stage conversion from intake through labs, provider exam, treatment plan, and first refill, and focus on retention, reactivation, and adoption of the Account Management portal. The role works with tech and sales to maintain the customer journey and partners with product to improve adoption of portal features. It maintains compliance with HIPAA, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA, and coordinates with the clinical team to ensure care communications and health claims are accurate and within regulatory guidelines. The manager runs ongoing testing and optimization, reports funnel performance and learnings, and uses AI to accelerate build, personalization, testing, and reporting. This is a full-time, remote role requiring effective collaboration across PST to EST time zones. It reports to the Growth and Operations Manager and works closely with the tech, sales, product, and clinical teams.
