About The Position

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager shapes how XYPN members experience the organization from the final sales call and onboarding through the ongoing work of running and scaling their firms. Working with the Director of Marketing and cross-functional stakeholders, this role defines lifecycle strategy and owns its execution through automated programs, segmented campaigns, and member communications that keep membership value visible. Using member behavior, engagement, and lifecycle-stage data, the manager designs and runs journeys, campaigns, and tests to encourage benefit adoption and stronger engagement across the member base. The role combines strategic thinking with storytelling and a commitment to understanding members and the realities of running a fee-only RIA. It develops on-brand communications across email, town halls, XYPN events, and other touchpoints to inform, inspire, drive action, and foster human connection. As the organization’s primary lifecycle marketing subject-matter expert, the manager collaborates across departments to keep members engaged and supported. The position is full-time, with a flexible schedule of 40–45 hours per week. It is remote and/or based in Bozeman, Montana, with up to 10% travel required for team retreats and other company events. The start date is listed as immediately. The role is exempt and has no direct reports. XYPN gives application priority to candidates in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MN, MT, NC, NE, and TX, while accepting applications from across the United States.
