About The Position

CONAM Management is seeking a Leasing Professional for Garden Brook Senior Apartments in Garden Grove, California. The role supports the community’s leasing goals, occupancy rates, resident satisfaction, and retention. Responsibilities include day-to-day apartment leasing operations, property tours, application processing, and renewal strategies. This is a full-time position with benefits, paying $19.00–$20.00 per hour.

Requirements

At least 1–2 years of customer service experience; experience in sales or leasing/property management is ideal.
Passion for helping people find an apartment home.
Goal-oriented.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Comfortable learning or familiar with property management software such as Yardi, MRI, or similar systems.
Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality.
Available to work weekends.
Physically able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Promote the apartment community, conduct tours, and implement outreach campaigns to drive traffic.
Manage online listings and social media to increase community visibility.
Facilitate applicant screenings, prepare leases, and coordinate smooth move-ins.
Maintain accurate lease documentation.
Build relationships with residents, encourage renewals, address concerns, and implement retention strategies.
Convert leads into leases, meet leasing goals, and generate prospects through events and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records, assist with reporting, and support the Community Manager with lease renewals, resident files, and regulatory compliance.
