About The Position

Peak Management is hiring a full-time Leasing Professional for its Eastgrove property, a community with more than 650 units in east Dallas, Texas. The role involves customer service, working with the public, touring prospective tenants, and presenting the community and apartments. The selected candidate must be able to work at Wade Manor and commute to The Park and Poet Place for tours as needed. A sign-on bonus is included.

Requirements

Leasing experience.
A solid understanding of Fair Housing.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work full time at Wade Manor and commute to other properties as needed.
Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods; stand and walk for tours and tenant meetings; lift up to 15 pounds at times; and traverse properties with stairs in a variety of weather.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service and work with members of the public.
Show the community, apartments, and model units to prospective tenants.
Apply product knowledge to customers’ needs by communicating property features and benefits to close leasing sales.
Give property tours and meet with potential tenants.
Commute to The Park and Poet Place to conduct tours as needed.
