About The Position

CAF Management is hiring a full-time, onsite Leasing Professional. This customer-focused role serves as a key point of contact for prospective and current residents, helping prospective residents find a home and supporting residents with professionalism and care. Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Availability to work Saturdays; the community is closed on Sundays.
Ability to maintain a flexible weekday schedule.
Comfort working with leasing goals and sales metrics.
Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.

Nice To Haves

Previous leasing, sales, or customer-facing experience.
Experience with Entrata or property management software.
Bilingual abilities.

Responsibilities

Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally and promptly.
Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish.
Maintain accurate records in Entrata or similar software.
Assist with marketing, outreach, and resident events.
Support move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication.
Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to support resident satisfaction.
Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and availability.
