About The Position

The Leasing Professional leases apartment homes and delivers superior customer service to prospective and current residents. The role markets the community, conducts tours, manages the application and lease process, and supports resident satisfaction to help achieve occupancy and retention goals. The position is at Alderwood Heights and is scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or property management.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and prospective residents professionally, provide property information, conduct tours, and identify prospect needs and preferences.
• Conduct leasing activities by phone, online, and in person, and follow up with prospective residents according to company standards.
• Assist with processing lease applications, preparing documentation, and coordinating move-in schedules and materials.
• Build and maintain positive resident relationships through responsive, high-quality customer service.
• Support daily property operations, including routine community inspections and monitoring shared amenities.
