About The Position

As a Leasing Professional at South Standard in South Boston, Massachusetts, you are the face of the residential community and help deliver a high-end experience to prospective and current residents. You build relationships, support the luxury brand’s online presence, and help ensure residents feel at home from their first tour. The role contributes to the property’s profitability and culture and reports directly to the General Manager.

The position is full-time, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule. Samuels & Associates describes its residential portfolio as more than 1,000 luxury apartments and emphasizes a supportive, growth-oriented environment for team members.

Requirements

• Background in sales or real estate leasing, specifically within property management.
• Comfort using, or willingness to learn, industry tools such as Yardi, MRI, Bluemoon, and Rent Café.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret and act on detailed instructions quickly.
• Comfort walking the property daily and lifting or carrying up to 15 pounds as needed.

Nice To Haves

• A college degree, preferably in business or real estate.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them from initial inquiry through move-in.
• Conduct property tours and present South Standard’s amenities and luxury features in a way that addresses prospective residents’ needs.
• Manage the property’s digital presence, monitor advertising effectiveness, and work to improve Google scores and online visibility.
• Complete administrative work accurately, including drafting legal lease renewals and sending community-wide communications through digital resident portals.
• Complete required reporting accurately and on time, including weekly market surveys and annual BPDA reports.
