About The Position

CONAM Management is seeking an enthusiastic Leasing Professional to join the team at Resort at Coronado Ranch in Las Vegas, Nevada. The role supports the apartment community’s leasing goals, occupancy rates, resident satisfaction, and retention. The position covers day-to-day leasing operations, including property tours, application processing, and renewal strategies.

This is a full-time position with full benefits. The pay range is $18.50–$19.50 per hour. The position requires weekend availability and the ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds. Employment is contingent upon passing a background check, employment verification, and drug screening.

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of customer service experience; sales or property management leasing experience is ideal.
• Passion for helping people find an apartment home.
• Goal-oriented.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities, including leasing, tours, paperwork, and resident needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Comfortable learning or experienced with property management software such as Yardi, MRI, or similar systems.
• Friendly, energetic, and approachable personality.
• Available to work weekends.
• Physically able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Sales experience or leasing/property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote the apartment community, conduct property tours, implement outreach campaigns, and manage online listings and social media.
• Facilitate applicant screenings, prepare leases, coordinate smooth move-ins, and maintain accurate lease documentation.
• Build relationships with residents, address concerns, encourage renewals, and implement retention strategies.
• Convert leads into leases, meet leasing goals, and generate prospects through events and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records, assist with reporting, and support the Community Manager with lease renewals, resident files, and regulatory compliance.
