About The Position

LV Collective is seeking an energetic, organized, and curious Leasing & Marketing Manager to lead leasing efforts at a student housing community. The role is suited to a leasing professional with a passion for sales, marketing, and leasing, a record of building strong teams, and an interest in growing their career with a fast-growing development and management company. The successful candidate anticipates and resolves resident needs, manages multiple tasks, communicates warmly and professionally, thrives in a fast-paced environment, creates community and exceptional resident experiences, and works to exceed leasing and occupancy targets. The manager welcomes and assists prospective residents, qualifies their needs, conducts property tours, processes applications, maintains records and activity reports, and provides concierge-level resident service. The role also includes planning resident events, coaching Leasing & Marketing Assistants, collaborating with a social media intern, supporting marketing initiatives, maintaining the tour route and curb appeal, participating in training, and communicating with leadership. Requirements

2–3 years of sales and customer service experience; leasing experience is a bonus.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Exceptional communication skills and a warm, professional, approachable demeanor.
Basic computer skills, including typing and writing correspondence and memos.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A can-do attitude and willingness to work outside the job description.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a Leasing Agent, Leasing Manager, Leasing Professional, or in a similar role.
Leasing experience.

Responsibilities

Welcome prospective residents, assess their needs, conduct property tours, and use professional leasing techniques to support preleasing and occupancy goals.
Answer calls from prospective residents, current residents, and internal team members professionally and efficiently.
Process and verify lease applications and communicate results to applicants in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate client records and update daily activity reports, notices to vacate, vacancy reports, and other critical documents.
Provide residents with concierge-level assistance for day-to-day needs.
Plan and execute resident events that reflect the property’s brand and commitment to community and excellence.
Lead and coach Leasing & Marketing Assistants on sales and leasing strategies to achieve leasing goals.
Coordinate with the social media intern to align leasing and marketing goals, messaging, and engagement.
Collaborate on marketing initiatives, community events, and campaigns that support occupancy and retention goals.
Keep the tour route pristine and appealing and monitor curbside appeal through regular upkeep.
Contribute to team efforts to streamline processes and achieve shared goals.
Participate in LV Collective training programs.
Communicate regularly with leadership to address obstacles, share updates, and plan for leasing success.
Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned.
Be available to work evenings and weekends.
