About The Position

EMBREY is hiring a Leasing & Marketing Agent for The Finch to assist the Property Manager in operating a luxury property. The role focuses on leasing units, supporting property marketing, and providing superior customer service to current and prospective residents. The agent works with property staff to increase traffic, achieve occupancy goals, maintain knowledge of the property and its competitors, and foster resident satisfaction and community. The position is hourly, located in Denver, Colorado, and reports directly to the Community Manager.

Requirements

One year of experience as a Leasing Consultant.
Experience using Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license required.
Successful completion of a criminal background check, non-DOT testing, and MVR review.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Work with property staff to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Increase property traffic, maintain established closing ratios, and work toward achieving or exceeding budgeted occupancy percentages.
Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and major competitors through site visits, tours, and telephone surveys.
Provide excellent customer service and a proactive 5-star experience to current and prospective residents.
Build strong community connections with residents through daily interactions, touchpoints, and resident events.
Build brand loyalty by ensuring residents consistently receive a stellar experience.
