About The Position

EMBREY is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Agent to join its Property Management team at Finley on the Green in Charlotte, North Carolina. The agent assists the Property Manager in operating the luxury property by leasing units and providing superior customer service to current and prospective residents. The role focuses on supporting sales and marketing strategies, maintaining occupancy goals, developing strong resident relationships, and creating a positive community experience. Requirements

One year of experience as a Leasing Consultant.
Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver’s license required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Successful completion of a criminal background check, non-DOT testing, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check.

Responsibilities

Work with property staff to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Increase property traffic, maintain established closing ratios, and work to meet or exceed budgeted occupancy percentages.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and major competitors through site visits, tours, and telephone surveys.
Prioritize resident satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and a proactive five-star experience.
Build a strong sense of community with residents through daily interactions, touchpoints, and resident events.
Build brand loyalty by ensuring residents consistently receive a stellar experience.
