About The Position

The Leasing Consultant at Green on 4th is responsible for leasing apartments, assisting with marketing the community, and maintaining positive relations. The community has 243 units and is located in Prospect Park, SE Minneapolis, minutes from the University of Minnesota. The schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday, 10 AM to 3 PM. Compensation is $24–$26 per hour, with the opportunity for incentive or bonus pay.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a sales-oriented role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Superior sales ability.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Some college-level education.
• At least 6 months of on-site leasing experience, or a combination of customer service and sales experience and education.
• YARDI experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and assist with questions and paperwork.
• Tour the property and target apartments or model units.
• Update apartment availability reports as needed.
• Process leases, renewals, and other related paperwork.
• Listen to resident requests, complaints, and comments.
• Collaborate in planning and hosting resident functions.
• Participate in obtaining and distributing marketing information.
