About The Position

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Leasing Consultant at Melody on Main in Mesa, Arizona. The role represents Mark-Taylor at one of its apartment communities and delivers exceptional customer service to current residents and prospective residents. The Leasing Consultant conducts property tours, supports applicants through the leasing process, communicates with residents and prospects, and helps manage leasing operations and the community experience.

Requirements

At least one year of sales or customer service experience.
Ability to resolve conflict and provide a high level of customer care.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Time-management and organizational skills.
Goal-oriented, self-starter work ethic.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Basic understanding of written and verbal English.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s and/or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet prospective and current residents and provide an exceptional experience.
Conduct detailed, informative tours for prospective residents.
Guide prospective residents through the complete application process and follow up on their application status.
Create positive experiences for current and future residents through email, telephone, in-person interactions, and other communication channels.
Maintain resident files, accept rental payments, and manage apartment availability and pricing.
Help create a high-quality community experience for residents and fellow employees.
Take ownership of the property’s curb appeal, attention to detail, resident experience, and overall culture in line with Mark-Taylor’s brand standards.
