Leasing Consultant (Melody on Main)
About The Position
Mark-Taylor is hiring a Leasing Consultant at Melody on Main in Mesa, Arizona. The role represents Mark-Taylor by delivering exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents and contributing to a positive community experience. The Leasing Consultant conducts tours, supports prospective residents through the application process, and helps manage resident records, rental payments, apartment availability, and pricing. The position’s anticipated base pay is $20.00 per hour, with eligibility for bonuses based on achievement of operational metrics. Mark-Taylor is an equal opportunity employer and drug-free workplace. Requirements
- At least one year of sales or customer service experience.
- Ability to resolve conflict and provide a high level of customer care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-starter work ethic.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of written and verbal English.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s and/or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective and current residents and provide an exceptional experience.
- Conduct detailed and informative tours for prospective residents.
- Guide prospective residents through the complete application process and follow up regarding their application status.
- Create positive and memorable experiences for current and future residents through email, telephone, in-person interactions, and other communication channels.
- Maintain resident files, accept rental payments, and actively manage apartment availability and pricing.
- Take ownership of the property and contribute to a world-class community experience for residents and fellow employees while upholding Mark-Taylor’s standards for curb appeal, attention to detail, resident experience, and culture.
