About The Position

The Leasing & Marketing Agent assists the Property Manager in operating a luxury property by leasing units and providing a superior customer service experience to current and future residents. The role works with property staff to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, drive property traffic and occupancy, maintain knowledge of the property and its competitors, and foster resident satisfaction and community through daily interactions, touchpoints, and events. The position is located in North Austin, Texas, and reports directly to the Community Manager.

Requirements

One year of experience as a Leasing Consultant.
Experience using Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to complete a criminal background check, non-DOT testing, and motor vehicle record check.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Work with property staff to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Increase property traffic, maintain established closing ratios, and work to meet or exceed budgeted occupancy percentages.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and major competitors through site visits, tours, and telephone surveys.
Provide excellent customer service and a proactive, five-star experience to current and prospective residents.
Build strong, vibrant communities through daily resident interactions, touchpoints, and events.
Build brand loyalty by ensuring residents consistently receive a stellar experience.
