About The Position
The Leasing & Marketing Agent assists the Property Manager in operating a luxury property by leasing units and providing a superior customer service experience to current and future residents. The role works with property staff to support sales and marketing strategies, increase traffic and occupancy, maintain knowledge of the property and its competitors, and foster resident satisfaction and brand loyalty through daily interactions and events.
Requirements
- One year of experience as a Leasing Consultant.
- Experience using Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Criminal background check, non-DOT testing, and motor vehicle record check are required.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Work with property staff to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Increase property traffic, maintain established closing ratios, and achieve or exceed budgeted occupancy percentages.
- Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and major competitors through site visits, tours, and telephone surveys.
- Provide proactive, excellent customer service and build a strong sense of community through daily interactions, touchpoints, and resident events.
- Build brand loyalty by ensuring residents consistently receive a stellar experience.
