About The Position
EMBREY is hiring a Leasing & Marketing Agent at Hensley at the District in Centennial, Colorado. The agent assists the Community Manager in operating the luxury property by leasing units and providing superior customer service to current and future residents. The role works with property staff on sales and marketing strategies, helps achieve occupancy goals, maintains knowledge of the property and its competitors, and supports resident satisfaction and community-building through daily interactions and events.
Requirements
- One year of experience as a Leasing Consultant.
- Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Criminal background check, non-DOT testing, and motor vehicle record check.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work with property staff to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Increase property traffic, maintain established closing ratios, and achieve or exceed budgeted occupancy percentages.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and major competitors through site visits, tours, and telephone surveys.
- Provide excellent customer service and a proactive 5-star experience to current and future residents.
- Build strong, vibrant senses of community through daily interactions, touchpoints, and resident events.
- Build brand loyalty by ensuring residents consistently receive a stellar experience.
