About The Position

The Leasing & Marketing Agent assists the Property Manager in operating a luxury property by leasing units and providing superior customer service to current and prospective residents. The role supports sales and marketing strategies, works to increase property traffic and occupancy, and helps deliver a strong resident experience and sense of community through daily interactions and resident events.

Requirements

• One year of experience as a Leasing Consultant.
• Experience using Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Criminal background check, non-DOT testing, and motor vehicle record (MVR) check required.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with property staff to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Increase property traffic, maintain established closing ratios, and achieve or exceed budgeted occupancy percentages.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and major competitors through site visits, tours, and telephone surveys.
• Provide excellent customer service with a proactive 5-star approach and build a strong sense of community through daily interactions, touchpoints, and resident events.
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring residents consistently receive a stellar experience.
