About The Position

EMBREY is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Agent for Southerly LoSo in Charlotte, North Carolina. The agent assists the Property Manager in operating the property by leasing units and providing a high-quality customer service experience to current and prospective residents. The role supports sales and marketing efforts, helps achieve occupancy goals, maintains knowledge of the property and its competitors, and contributes to resident satisfaction and community-building. The position reports directly to the Community Manager. Requirements

One year of experience as a Leasing Consultant.
Experience using Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
A valid driver’s license is required.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

Work with property staff to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Increase property traffic, maintain established closing ratios, and work toward achieving and exceeding budgeted occupancy percentages.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and major competitors through site visits, tours, and telephone surveys.
Provide excellent customer service and a proactive 5-star experience to current and prospective residents.
Build strong, vibrant senses of community through daily interactions, resident touchpoints, and events.
Build brand loyalty by ensuring residents consistently receive a stellar experience.
