About The Position

EMBREY is hiring a Leasing & Marketing Agent for Southerly LoSo in Charlotte, North Carolina. The agent assists the Property Manager in operating the luxury property by leasing units and providing a superior customer-service experience to current and future residents. The role works with property staff on sales and marketing strategies, supports occupancy goals, maintains knowledge of the property and its competitors, and helps build resident satisfaction and community through daily interactions and events. This is a full-time, hourly-rate position. The posting also describes competitive pay and benefits, including healthcare and a 401(k).

Requirements

One year of experience as a Leasing Consultant.
Experience using Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license.
Criminal background check, Non-DOT testing, and motor vehicle record (MVR) screening.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Work with property staff to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Increase property traffic, maintain established closing ratios, and work to achieve or exceed budgeted occupancy percentages.
Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and major competitors through site visits, tours, and telephone surveys.
Prioritize resident satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and a proactive five-star experience.
Build strong, vibrant community among residents through daily interactions, touchpoints, and resident events.
Build brand loyalty by ensuring residents consistently receive a stellar experience.
