About The Position

Regency Centers is seeking a full-time Leasing Agent for its regional office in Boca Raton, Florida. The role manages leasing for company-owned properties at a project or multi-project level within an assigned territory and develops and implements property-level leasing programs to maximize occupancy and revenue through rental agreements aligned with asset goals and objectives. The agent may lease properties in Broward and Palm Beach Counties, Florida.

The position leases new and existing vacant space, renews tenant leases, identifies prospects, and leases space in new and existing developments. It may also involve leasing, selling, or developing outparcels. The agent prepares and maintains production reports through Deal Connect and annual income budget reports, and provides research and analytical support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business Management, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Real estate salesperson license.
• At least 5 years of relevant leasing experience.
• Prior experience in real estate leasing.
• Quantitative and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of the retail leasing industry and landlord representation.
• Strong ability to negotiate letters of intent and leases.
• Intermediate proficiency with current Microsoft Office software, email, and internet research functionality.
• AI proficiency.
• Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease new and existing vacant space to achieve budgeted NOI revenue and rent growth increases.
• Renew existing tenants’ leases to achieve maximum revenues and annual rent increases while improving or maintaining tenant retention and satisfaction.
• Identify prospects and lease space in new and existing developments.
• Lease, sell, or develop outparcels.
• Prepare and maintain production reports through Deal Connect and annual income budget reports as needed.
• Provide research and analytical support.
• Manage leasing for company-owned properties at a project or multi-project level in the assigned territory.
• Develop and implement an aggressive property-level leasing program to maximize occupancy and revenues through rental agreements consistent with asset goals and objectives.
