About The Position
FourSite Property Management, operating under Bach Team, seeks a full-time Leasing Agent for Name Apartment Community. The role helps prospective residents and current residents through the leasing process, from applications and move-in preparations through their tenancy. The position also supports resident retention and marketing while maintaining a positive online presence.
Requirements
- Reasoning and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Attention to detail.
- Previous property management or equivalent customer service experience is required.
Responsibilities
- Lease apartments.
- Process applications.
- Prepare move-in paperwork.
- Assist residents with the move-in process.
- Maintain positive relations with residents throughout their tenancy.
- Create resident retention ideas and implement them with help from the manager.
- Market to current and future residents.
- Post on social media platforms while creating a positive online presence.
