About The Position

Finch Legal is seeking a Lead Paralegal with 10+ years of experience to join its growing legal technology startup. The role is for a solutions-oriented, proactive, and adaptable leader who can work in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of pre-litigation personal injury cases. The Lead Paralegal will manage relationships with partner law firms and oversee cases from start to finish, working with a pod of case managers across different case-support areas. The position offers a salary of $85,000–$125,000 and equity of 400 shares. The company also describes remote flexibility, a $500 home office setup stipend, flexible schedules, and wellness initiatives. Requirements

At least 10 years of experience.
Solutions-oriented, proactive, and adaptable leadership approach.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison for 8–12 partner law firms, managing communications and case updates.
Manage 120–220+ active pre-litigation personal injury cases simultaneously.
Oversee and direct a pod of case managers supporting the caseload across areas such as medical-records retrieval and police reports.
Conduct daily case reviews, triage, and prioritization to ensure deadlines are met and cases progress efficiently.
Prepare and review demand packages for quality and accuracy before returning them to partner attorneys.
