About The Position

Finch Legal is seeking a Lead Paralegal with over 10 years of experience to join their rapidly growing legal tech startup. The ideal candidate will be a solutions-oriented, proactive, and adaptable leader capable of managing a high volume of personal injury cases in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing relationships with partner law firms and ensuring cases progress smoothly from initiation to completion. The position requires a systems thinker eager to build and refine processes within a company backed by prominent investors.

10+ years of experience

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison for 8-12 partner law firms, managing all communications and case updates.
Manage a high-volume caseload of 120-220+ active pre-litigation personal injury cases simultaneously.
Oversee and direct a pod of case managers who support your caseload across different verticals (e.g., medical records retrieval, police reports).
Conduct daily case reviews, triage, and prioritization to ensure all deadlines are met and cases move efficiently.
Prepare and review demand packages, ensuring quality and accuracy before they are sent back to the partner attorney.
