About The Position

The Leasing Agent at Terra at Norcross greets prospective residents, presents the community, secures leases, and helps convert prospects into residents. The role contributes marketing ideas to the management team and works to improve resident satisfaction, ensuring resident experiences align with S2 Residential’s mission and core values. The position includes leasing, prospect outreach and online marketing, resident engagement, compliance-related services, and upkeep of the office, model apartments, and property. The role requires weekend work. Hours of operation are 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday, and closed Sunday; hours may change based on the season, property needs, and resident activities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Leasing Agent in a multifamily setting, or 2 years of customer service experience.
• Consistent attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to listen to and understand goals.
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
• Valid driver’s license and auto liability insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Ability to climb up to four flights of stairs, walk several acres, lift up to 25 pounds, and sit or stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet, tour, and show the community to qualified prospective residents and close leases.
• Exceed expectations for future and current resident experiences and engage with residents and prospects.
• Process income, rental, and employment information to verify applicants meet qualification standards.
• Conduct outreach and online marketing.
• Engage in and participate in resident events.
• Manage fair housing, regulatory, and compliance-related services.
• Walk the property and clean the office and model apartments as needed.
• Contribute ideas to the management team on property marketing and improving resident satisfaction.
