About The Position

Weinstein Properties is hiring a Leasing Agent for one of its apartment communities. The role is the first point of contact for prospective residents and helps guide them through the leasing process while building relationships with current residents and team members. It combines customer service, sales, administrative work, resident support, and assistance with maintaining the appearance of the property. The company provides hands-on training and support, and prior leasing experience is not required. The position is not desk-based: agents spend time on their feet engaging with prospects, walking the property, and inspecting homes. Employees may also work outside standard hours to support resident events or respond to weather challenges. The company describes opportunities for career development, including growth into leadership, on-site, or corporate roles. The listed locations are Springfield Apartments, Kings Crossing, and Abbington West End. Pay starts at $19 per hour, with rates increasing based on experience, plus quarterly bonuses. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is advertised; details are discussed during the interview process. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturdays, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with rotating Saturdays or an alternative schedule available. The alternative schedule involves five workdays each week, including Saturdays, with Sundays and one weekday off, and includes an additional per-pay-period bonus.
