About The Position

Coast Property Management is hiring a full-time Leasing Agent at Nova North Apartments in Everett, Washington. The role is suited to a friendly, outgoing communicator who enjoys meeting prospective residents, giving tours, building relationships, and helping people find a home. The Leasing Agent works in a fast-paced, supportive, family-oriented team environment and helps make positive first impressions while supporting the property’s leasing activities.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, oral, or diagram form.
• Previous clerical or administrative experience.
• Experience with office computers and software.
• Ability to communicate with residents and maintain good working relationships with team members and contract laborers working on the property.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and email, and post to and monitor social media for the property.
• Maintain the cleanliness of model apartments and the tour path.
• Stay informed about occupancy, available inventory, and apartments ready for tours.
• Process leasing applications.
• Visit competing properties, conduct market surveys, and create advertising materials.
• Prepare leasing agreements, review them with new residents, and ensure lease files are complete and accurate.
