About The Position
A property in Lubbock is seeking a Leasing Agent to oversee its apartment community. The agent conducts tours, promotes the property to prospective residents, builds relationships, follows up with leads, provides customer service, and develops marketing plans to help sustain occupancy and remain informed about the current market. Previous multifamily apartment leasing experience is required.
Requirements
- Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments.
- Experience answering a busy switchboard.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly attitude.
- Experience with RealPage OneSite.
- Leasing and marketing experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for prospective residents and visitors.
- Use and create promotional materials and technology to communicate with prospects and generate revenue.
- Build relationships with prospective and future residents, support their satisfaction, and finalize decisions to lease or renew.
- Generate leads through effective follow-up by phone and email.
- Provide exceptional, consistent customer service to residents and prospects.
- Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed about the current market.
