About The Position

Dwell at Clear Lake on Nasa Pkwy is seeking a Leasing Agent to oversee its apartment community in Seabrook, Texas. The role focuses on leasing and renewals, prospect and resident relationships, customer service, lead generation, and marketing efforts to sustain occupancy.

Requirements

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a professional, friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours for prospective residents and visitors.
• Use and create promotional materials and technology to communicate with prospects and generate revenue.
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to support satisfaction and finalize leasing or renewal decisions.
• Generate leads through effective follow-up by phone and email.
• Provide exceptional, consistent customer service to residents and prospects.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy and stay informed about the current market.
