About The Position

The Tipton Group is seeking an outgoing, motivated, and customer-focused Leasing Agent for a 205-unit property in Arlington, Texas. The Leasing Agent is the friendly face of the community and helps prospective residents find a home. The role suits someone who enjoys working with people, has a sales mindset, and takes pride in excellent customer service. The position works with the property management team to support occupancy and resident retention goals. Availability to work Mondays through Saturdays is required. Pre-employment screening includes drug testing and background checks.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 1 year of apartment leasing experience.
Working knowledge of OneSite property management software.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Sales-oriented approach and strong follow-up skills.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Professional, dependable, and team-focused.
Ability to work in a fast-paced property management environment.
Availability to work Mondays through Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Greet prospective and current residents in a friendly and professional manner.
Conduct apartment and community tours with prospective residents.
Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, online leads, and in person.
Follow up daily with prospective residents and assist them throughout the leasing process.
Build rapport with prospects and help convert leads into new residents.
Provide information about apartment availability, pricing, amenities, and community features.
Prepare leasing documents, applications, and other required paperwork.
Collect applicable deposits, fees, and payments.
Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in OneSite.
Assist with resident questions and provide excellent customer service.
Work with the property management team to support occupancy and resident retention goals.
