About The Position
The Tipton Group is hiring a customer-focused Leasing Agent for a 205-unit property in Arlington, Texas. The role serves as a welcoming point of contact for prospective and current residents, guides prospective residents through the leasing process, and supports the property management team’s occupancy and resident retention goals. The position involves customer service, sales, leasing paperwork, and maintaining prospect and resident records using OneSite. Candidates must be available to work Mondays through Saturdays. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of apartment leasing experience.
- Working knowledge of OneSite property management software.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Sales-oriented approach and strong follow-up skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Professional, dependable, and team-focused.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced property management environment.
- Availability to work Mondays through Saturdays.
- Must complete pre-employment drug testing and background checks.
Responsibilities
- Greet prospective and current residents in a friendly and professional manner.
- Conduct apartment and community tours with prospective residents.
- Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, online leads, and in person.
- Follow up daily with prospective residents and assist them throughout the leasing process.
- Build rapport with prospects and help convert leads into new residents.
- Provide information about apartment availability, pricing, amenities, and community features.
- Prepare leasing documents, applications, and other required paperwork.
- Collect applicable deposits, fees, and payments.
- Maintain accurate prospect and resident information in OneSite.
- Assist with resident questions and provide excellent customer service.
- Work with the property management team to support occupancy and resident retention goals.
