Learning and Development Lead

The job overview for the Learning and Development Specialist role at Postman is to support the learning needs of all employees across multiple countries. The specialist will collaborate with business and HR leadership to identify gaps and develop targeted learning solutions. They will design and deliver specialized training programs for managers, create onboarding programs, and foster a culture of continuous learning. Additionally, the specialist will collect and analyze training data, support the development of a learning roadmap, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the quality of learning content and programs.

• Collaborate regularly with business and HR leadership to understand gaps and develop targeted learning solutions
• Design and deliver specialized training programs for managers, including leadership skills, effective communication, performance management, and conflict resolution
• Create onboarding programs for new managers to ensure a smooth transition into their leadership roles
• Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting self-directed learning, peer-to-peer knowledge sharing, and developmental conversations
• Collect, analyze, and interpret training data to measure the effectiveness of programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
• Support creation and roll-out of Learning & Development roadmap
• Provide train the trainer sessions and deliver instructor-led classes and programs
• Support the development of learner engagement strategies and evaluation plans
• Support change initiatives by developing learning programs that facilitate skill transitions, process changes, and adoption of new technologies
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts, external vendors, and industry professionals to enhance the quality of learning content and programs.

• Completed Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Experience working with a training/L&D team
• Industry certification in Learning & Development
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
