Lead Generation Internship (SaaS)

As an aCommerce SaaS Operating Officer, your role will involve working closely with the commercial, support, and product teams to ensure the success of our SaaS clients using aCommerce EIQ Market Insight. You will be responsible for guiding clients on how to grow their e-commerce business through our platform, helping them make the best use of our enterprise e-commerce platform and suite of products. Your main goal will be to ensure our clients feel supported and to help them achieve their e-commerce goals across multiple channels.

• Help SaaS clients onboard smoothly and swiftly using the client onboarding planner
• Act as an e-commerce guru for clients, guiding them on how to grow their e-commerce business through and beyond the EIQ Market Insight platform
• Assist clients in growing their e-commerce business across multiple channels and utilizing the suite of products
• Ensure clients feel valued and supported in every interaction
• Collaborate with commercial teams to increase client revenues through EIQ subscriptions and services
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
• Create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
• Determine priorities and identify gaps based on client expectations and business impact
• Work closely with the Client and Application Support teams to ensure a flawless client and user experience
• Stay updated on industry developments and apply best practices in all tasks and responsibilities

• Studies undergraduate in any field (technical qualification)
• Strong communication skills at senior and junior levels
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users
