About the position
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing the overall account profitability and performance of clients and channels. They will serve as the primary point of contact for client executives and key stakeholders, advising them on increasing online sales and ensuring excellent customer service. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with internal and external parties, leading initiatives across different services, and identifying opportunities for enhancements and improvements. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and a combination of financial, business development, and account management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall account profitability through P&L management
- Ensure successful onboarding of clients and channels and track KPIs
- Maximize GMV through collaboration with clients and channels
- Manage customer budget and execute P&L to achieve agreed GMV, Take Rate, and Profit
- Optimize product presentation and visibility on online channels
- Lead initiatives across different services
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and external parties
- Establish and monitor progress against key performance indicators
- Build and maintain client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
- Advise clients on increasing online sales through merchandising, promotion planning, and onsite marketing activities
- Manage e-commerce sales of large brand owners through webstores and other online channels
- Conduct regular reviews with customers to ensure their needs are met and improve customer service
- Identify opportunities for enhancements, improvements, or new services with existing clients
- Manage inventory including forecasting, ordering, and DOH controlling
- Ensure readiness for go-live by coordinating with other departments
- Present analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders
- Contribute as an individual in key account management
- Lead projects related to responsible accounts and categories
- Mentor key specialists leading account activities
- Share knowledge and collaborate as a team player
- Assist in contract management and secure client agreements
- Work closely with solution design and business development to manage key customers
