About the position
As an HR Operations Senior Executive at Arcadia, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the HR operations function within the organization. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes, compliance with policies and regulations, and efficient delivery of HR services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, HR business partners, and external stakeholders to drive HR operational excellence and support the overall HR strategy. This position requires a high level of HR knowledge and expertise to develop and implement standardized HR policies, procedures, and guidelines, as well as manage HR information systems and databases.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end HR operational processes, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, employee data management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement standardized HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency, compliance, and best practices across the organization.
- Continuously review and improve HR operational processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.
- Review and plan L&D (Learning and Development) strategies for employee's career growth.
- Oversee the management and maintenance of HR information systems (HRIS) and databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with IT and HRIS vendors to optimize system functionalities, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
- Generate HR reports, analytics, and metrics to provide insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-8 years of experience in HR operations or a related HR function, with progressively increasing responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Experience managing HRIS platforms like workday and other HR-related systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data.
