About the position

The Lead Acquisition Manager at Hotel Engine is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and nurturing potential leads and opportunities. They will develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies, utilize Artificial Intelligence to enhance lead gathering activities, and conduct market research to refine tactics. Collaborating with the marketing team, they will create compelling content to attract and engage prospects. Additionally, they will maintain and update the lead database to ensure data accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies that align with the company's sales objectives and ideal customer profile.
  • Implement lead scoring models to identify and prioritize high-value prospects for efficient sales follow-up.
  • Actively utilize Artificial Intelligence to enhance quality and quantity of leads, while increasing the efficiency of lead gathering activities. Oversee 1 employee specializing in AI.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive insights to refine lead generation tactics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, such as eBooks, whitepapers, webinars, and email campaigns, designed to attract and engage prospects.
  • Maintain and update our lead database, Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Lead Acquisition Manager or similar role in the technology sector.
    • In-depth knowledge of lead generation strategies.
    • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies.
    • Experience with implementing lead scoring models.
    • Familiarity with utilizing Artificial Intelligence to enhance lead generation activities.
    • Proficiency in conducting market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive insights.
    • Collaboration skills to work with the marketing team in creating compelling content.
    • Experience in maintaining and updating lead databases, such as Salesforce.
    • Ability to monitor lead generation campaigns' performance and track key metrics.
    • Strong communication skills to work closely with the sales team and gather feedback on lead quality and conversion rates.
    • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and sales enablement technologies.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and emerging lead generation trends.
