About The Position
The Kitchen Cashier provides customer service and handles cash in a retail store environment. The position is expected to serve as a company role model by delivering excellent customer service while maintaining company core values. The role involves taking food orders in person and by telephone, supporting cooks with specific dishes, and keeping front-counter supplies stocked. The employee also follows transaction procedures and maintains standards for cleanliness, safety, sanitation, food safety, and store conditions. The position requires continuously walking and standing throughout the shift, as well as lifting up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and handle cash in a retail store environment.

- Assist cooks with making specific dishes.
- Fill and restock front-counter utensils, water sanitizer, vegetables, and drinks.
- Follow procedures for voids, refunds, transaction cancellations, and saved recall transactions.
- Take responsibility for personal cashier productivity.
- Take food orders in person and by telephone.
- Engage with customers and demonstrate customer service excellence.
- Improve the speed and efficiency of service.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
