About the position
We are looking for a Key Partner Manager to join our team at Too Good To Go. As a Key Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of retail and out of home partners, with the goal of reducing food waste. Your role will involve monitoring key performance indicators, initiating initiatives to rescue more meals, and building and maintaining relationships with partners. We are seeking someone with experience in Account Management or Business Development, strong communication skills, and a passion for sustainability. Responsibilities
- Monitor and adjust key performance indicators (KPIs) such as the number of saved meals, customer ratings, follow-ups, and user feedback for a portfolio of supermarkets, hotels, and on-the-go concepts.
- Initiate initiatives to increase the number of saved meals with partners, monitor their success, quality, and scalability.
- Work with partners through phone calls and emails to achieve good KPIs such as supply and quality, occasionally creating instructional videos or organizing webinars to onboard partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with store managers, regional managers, and other stakeholders responsible for waste in supermarkets through business visits and shadowing days, acting as a liaison between them and the Customer Care team when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with Key Account Managers who interact with the head offices of stores in the portfolio.
- Develop expertise in the retail and out-of-home segment and generate innovative ideas to further reduce food waste in this segment.
- Serve as a proud ambassador of the brand, embodying the mission and vision with passion and enthusiasm.
- Use account management or business development experience and affinity for retail and out-of-home accounts.
- Possess strong communication skills and excellent commercial insight.
- Build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders.
- Work in a data-driven manner, extracting insights from data and providing advice to partners and colleagues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop strategies for growing Key Account stores.
- Speak fluent Dutch and English.
- Thrive in the constantly changing environment of a scale-up.
- Be a self-starter who can efficiently manage workload but also enjoys collaborating in a team and actively contributing to team meetings and targets.
- Have a genuine passion for sustainability and combating food waste, understanding the urgency of taking action for the planet.
Requirements
- Experience in Account Management or Business Development
- Affinity with retail and out of home accounts
- Strong communication skills with excellent commercial insight
- Ability to build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders
- Data-driven approach and ability to derive insights from data
- Ability to work cross-functionally to develop strategies for growing Key Account stores
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Self-starter who can manage their own workload
- Passion for sustainability and fighting food waste
