About the position

We are looking for an organised and committed account manager to grow our Agency and TMC accounts. Building relationships and problem-solving with our partners represent our brand and are key to the continued success of Blacklane.
Responsibilities
- Communicate internally and work with colleagues across departments to fulfill partner requirements
- Find innovative solutions to support the growth of accounts while maintaining service standards and commercial balance
- Train and educate partners on the Blacklane product and solutions
- Lead regular meetings with partners to maintain and grow the partnership
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
- Manage complex projects and engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate as a team player and build relationships
- Demonstrate motivation, ambition, and a bias for action
- Utilize strong analytical skills and target-oriented mindset
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and G-Suite products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
- Possess excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Embrace continuous learning and actively participate in internal learning communities
- Enjoy flexible working hours and home office days
