Key Account Manager (f/m/d)

We are looking for an organised and committed account manager to grow our Agency and TMC accounts. Building relationships and problem-solving with our partners represent our brand and are key to the continued success of Blacklane.

• Communicate internally and work with colleagues across departments to fulfill partner requirements
• Find innovative solutions to support the growth of accounts while maintaining service standards and commercial balance
• Train and educate partners on the Blacklane product and solutions
• Lead regular meetings with partners to maintain and grow the partnership
• Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
• Manage complex projects and engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate as a team player and build relationships
• Demonstrate motivation, ambition, and a bias for action
• Utilize strong analytical skills and target-oriented mindset
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and G-Suite products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Salesforce
• Possess excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Embrace continuous learning and actively participate in internal learning communities
