About the position

The job overview for this position is that Blacklane for Business is seeking a dynamic Brand Marketing Intern who can integrate data insights with creative event execution. The intern will collaborate with the Brand team to devise strategies and implement marketing initiatives to reinforce Blacklane's position as a market leader. The intern will engage in tasks such as managing administrative tasks, planning and executing brand marketing campaigns and events, coordinating event logistics, conducting market research, and fostering communication with stakeholders. This is a 6-month internship opportunity that offers the chance to contribute to high-impact projects and shape the future of brand marketing at Blacklane.

Responsibilities

  • Provide crucial support to the brand marketing team by efficiently managing day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate on the conceptualization, planning, and execution of captivating brand marketing campaigns and events.
  • Assist in coordinating the technical, production, and logistical aspects of events, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Establish communication channels with suppliers to obtain quotes and oversee production-related activities.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure successful execution of brand-related assignments.
  • Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to drive strategic brand positioning in target markets.

Requirements

  • Advanced stages of pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field
  • Available for a 6-month internship
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • Insatiable curiosity and drive for professional growth
  • Adept project management skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity with print production solutions and local suppliers (advantageous)
  • Prior experience in event planning (plus)
  • Salesforce expertise (major advantage)
