We are seeking a customer-centric and data-driven Customer Lifecycle Senior Manager to join our Retention team at Blacklane. - Customer-centric and data-driven approach
- Track record in successful implementation of cross-channel strategies and campaigns
- Advanced experience using marketing automation technology (Braze)
- Proficiency in HTML
- Advanced Project Management skills
- Experience localizing retention initiatives and creating synergies across markets and regions
- Genuine interest in the premium and travel/mobility industries
- Strategic thinker and open to new ideas and approaches
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude
- Excellent communication skills in English
