About the position
As a Sales Development Representative at KnowBe4, your main responsibility will be to find, develop, and create new business opportunities for the sales team. You will work closely with Regional Account Managers to ensure that each prospective client receives excellent customer service. The ideal candidate for this role is ambitious, motivated, and determined to succeed in a sales career. You should be process-oriented, organized, and able to provide solutions while effectively evaluating potential in customer interactions. Additionally, you should be competitive and strive to give your best in everything you do.
Responsibilities
- Find, develop, and create new business opportunities for the sales team
- Work with Regional Account Managers to ensure high-quality customer service experience for prospective clients
- Be ambitious, motivated, and determined for success in a sales career
- Be process-oriented, organized, and able to provide solutions
- Effectively evaluate potential in all customer interactions
- Be competitive and strive to give 110% in everything
- Source prospects and develop opportunities for small to large-sized business accounts
- Work directly with the Sales teams to pass along qualified opportunities
- Develop a strong understanding of prospects through solution selling techniques
- Proactively engage and prospect new business opportunities and customers through cold calls
- Consistently meet and/or exceed metrics defined by leadership team
- Receive ongoing career training and exposure to industry evolution
