IT Senior Manager (m/f/d) Cloud Solutions

The job is for an IT Senior Manager (m/f/d) Cloud Solutions in Hamburg. The role involves being responsible for the company's cloud infrastructure products, modernizing IT infrastructure using hybrid-cloud with MS Azure, providing strategies and implementation for MS Azure governance and security, and being an expert in technical solutions for various use cases. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, (Business) Engineering or equivalent, advanced knowledge of IT Operations, and at least 3 years of working experience as a Cloud Infrastructure expert. Fluency in Business English is required, and German is considered beneficial.

• Responsible for cloud infrastructure products
• Key role in modernizing IT infrastructure leveraging hybrid-cloud with MS Azure
• Provide strategies and implementation for MS Azure governance and security
• Active overview of current technology trends and expert in technical solutions for various use cases, and actively support make-or-buy decisions
• Serve as Subject Matter Expert for cloud-related technologies and architectures
• Collaborate with application engineers and business stakeholders to understand and execute cloud solutions that meet business requirements
• Monitor and analyze infrastructure events
• Provide operational guidance for third-party service providers and define the policies for cloud infrastructure products

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, (Business) Engineering or equivalent
• Advanced in cloud technology and have at least 3 years of working experience as a Cloud Infrastructure expert
• Experience working with service providers for outsourced IT services, including contract and SLA management
• Advanced knowledge of IT Operations within the respective focus areas
• Advanced understanding of IT processes with formal training in ITIL advantageous
• Hands-on experience with MS Azure and MS 365 like computing, storage, databases, network, application integration, monitoring, alerting, Identity & Access Management
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks focused on the results
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment with a hands-on mentality
• Fluent in Business English, German is considered beneficial
