About the position
Blend is seeking an IT Helpdesk Analyst to provide primary level 1 and 2 support for all tickets and troubleshoot basic issues with devices, office equipment, and software. The ideal candidate should have SAAS expertise and be able to assist with tasks such as Mac and PC support, Zoom support, Slack assistance, and G Suite. They should also have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly learn new concepts and tools. This is not a remote role and requires the candidate to work in the Mexico City office.
Responsibilities
- Primary Level 1 & 2 support for all tickets
- Basic troubleshooting for all devices & office equipment and software
- Initial productivity App troubleshooting
- Advanced Productivity App Troubleshooting with engineering assistance if needed
- Basic Support & Mac management within JAMF - Work with IT Engineering on Advanced issues
- Basic AWS troubleshooting and support
- Primary administration in Google Apps
- General Zoom troubleshooting
- Project work & Integration troubleshooting as assigned by Management
- Future PagerDuty on call rotation as the team grows
- General documentation creation and management
- Advanced Win/OSX/Linux troubleshooting
- General Microsoft Intune and Office 365 products
- Jira/Confluence tasks
Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience with Mac and PC technical support
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to take general project requirements and execute on them
- Excellent written communication skills and verbal communication in English
- Experience in a corporate or enterprise level
