About the position
Blend is seeking a Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to drive ongoing marketing efforts and generate new title orders from customers in the Home Equity lending and/or Mortgage Servicing space. The role involves researching and targeting potential clients, developing social media marketing campaigns, and monitoring and responding to messages and inquiries on social media channels. The ideal candidate will have a degree in marketing or social media marketing, proficiency in Salesforce CRM, and experience in content development and website design. This is not a remote role and requires working in the Coraopolis office.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to targeted prospects and clients
- Create and execute digital marketing strategies to inform prospects and clients of the products and services offered by Title365
- Develop full prospect pipelines and manage prospect candidates using the Company's CRM
- Update the Company's marketing content to be current and relevant
- Update the Company's website content and respond to client inquiries through the website and social media channels
- Work independently to achieve monthly marketing and lead generation goals and establish the framework to achieve those goals
- Work with the sales and account management teams to identify prospects and assist in moving them through the sales cycle
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Conduct presentations and hold one-on-one meetings
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Provide strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or social media marketing
- Valid driver's license
- Experience/proficiency in Salesforce CRM preferred
- Experience or training in content development and website design
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Ability to create and deliver successful marketing campaigns
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to conduct presentations and hold one-on-one meetings
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
