About The Position

Join CACI’s IT Asset Management (ITAM) team to help keep its technology environment running smoothly, securely, and efficiently. The ITAM Analyst ensures that hardware and software are accurately tracked, responsibly managed, and aligned with enterprise standards. The role works with teams across the organization, supports core IT functions, and contributes to continuous improvement of processes that enable business continuity and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Ability to analyze data, identify inconsistencies, and solve operational problems.
• Understanding of hardware and software lifecycle processes.
• Experience in IT Asset Management, IT operations, or technical support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with CMDB concepts and inventory management practices.

Nice To Haves

• Strong analytical and data-quality evaluation skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow, particularly HAM, SAM, or ITAM modules.
• Understanding of ITIL v4 practices.
• Advanced documentation, reporting, or dashboard-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process IT asset requests according to established workflows and service-level expectations.
• Perform computer imaging and prepare end-user devices for deployment.
• Review and reconcile physical and digital inventory to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, Purchasing, Field Services, and other teams to support asset governance and lifecycle management.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date CMDB and discovery data.
• Support audits, lifecycle refresh cycles, stockroom organization, and compliance initiatives.
• Recommend and implement improvements to ITAM processes, documentation, and operational standards.
