About The Position

Clark Construction is seeking an experienced IT Asset Management Analyst to mature and manage its enterprise-wide IT Asset Management (ITAM) program for the lifecycle of IT hardware. The program supports 4,000 users across more than 200 locations, including corporate offices and project jobsites. The analyst will help manage vendor relationships—especially with the offsite logistics partner—and execute asset procedures, assess and enforce policy compliance, maintain accurate asset data, optimize inventory, support rapid deployments, and control costs. The role contributes to the development of an ITIL-aligned framework for the full hardware lifecycle, covering end-user, networking, and AV equipment across corporate and jobsite locations. The analyst collaborates with the IT Asset Program Manager, internal teams, Finance, and Procurement, and serves as the primary relationship manager for the external logistics vendor. Responsibilities also include optimizing ServiceNow ITAM and CMDB capabilities, auditing and reconciling asset data, supporting inventory and financial planning, ensuring secure and auditable disposal, and reporting program performance to senior leadership. The primary workspace is a professional office, with occasional travel to other locations, including active construction sites. The role involves desk-based work, movement around the office, and lifting objects up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally. Construction-site visits may involve outdoor weather, louder noise, and moving equipment. The position requires compliance with Clark Construction safety policies and applicable laws. This is a demanding, high-performance role that may require extended hours during critical project phases or client deadlines, as well as responsiveness to time-sensitive matters and emergencies outside regular working hours. A pre-employment drug fitness-for-duty screening and random quarterly testing are required.
