Intermediate Learning Designer

As the Intermediate Lead Learning Designer at HyperionDev, you will be responsible for creating and ensuring the quality of all content-related tasks in the Learning Design team. This includes improving existing content, writing content for new courses and assessments, and suggesting changes to align with industry needs. You will also stay up-to-date with industry trends and job market needs to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning content. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams and mentor junior designers and writers. This role requires a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in the EdTech space.

• Create new learning content, including writing and designing
• Implement changes to existing courses based on review and feedback
• Improve the quality of bootcamps by ensuring accurate, relevant, understandable, and error-free information in tasks
• Identify and manage inter-task dependencies
• Ensure content alignment to accreditation requirements
• Review and overhaul existing courses as needed, focusing on structuring content for optimal learning quality
• Design the flow of new courses and create or collaborate with SMEs to create necessary material (tutorials, tasks, example code, additional resources)
• Maintain academic integrity of content
• Regularly research new and updated concepts to keep bootcamp content up-to-date

• 3+ years of experience in Learning Design
• Experience in writing and editing technical work (at an Intermediate level or higher)
• Ability to review, analyze, and identify areas of weakness
